Coach Baugh taught PE and was the Assistant Baseball Coach at Mid-Del schools  from 1993-1999

He taught and was the Head Baseball Coach at Enid Public Schools from 2000-2009

Coach Baugh has been with the Alva Public Schools since 2013 as a Social Studies teacher, Head Baseball Coach and is the Assistant Athletic Director.

He is married to Kim Baugh and has a son, Brady and a daughter, Kathryn.

Coach Baugh enjoys hunting and fishing.
